Gigamon is seeking a Recruiter, EMEA & APAC to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position will be based in London as a 6-month fixed-term employee. Reporting to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition, this person will support hiring across EMEA and APAC and operate as a full-cycle recruiter with end-to-end ownership of the hiring process. In addition to driving recruiting strategy and candidate management, this role will also handle coordination-related to help keep searches moving efficiently and deliver a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.

This role is based out of our London office, following a hybrid schedule of on-site currently Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (3 days per week), with additional on-site presence as business needs require.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across EMEA and APAC, from intake and sourcing strategy through offer acceptance.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR partners to align on talent needs, search strategy, candidate profile, and process expectations.
  • Lead kick-off meetings, calibrate requirements, and translate business needs into effective recruiting plans.
  • Source, identify, engage, and assess talent across a range of functions and levels, with a strong focus on quality, speed, and candidate fit.
  • Build and manage active candidate pipelines for current openings while developing talent pools for anticipated hiring needs.
  • Screen candidates and drive a thoughtful, high-quality interview process that results in strong hiring decisions.
  • Own job postings, candidate communication, interview logistics, scheduling, and process coordination as needed as part of a true full-cycle recruiting model.
  • Ensure candidates and hiring teams receive a high-touch, professional experience throughout the process.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders where applicable, while also coordinating directly.
  • Provide regular updates on search progress, pipeline health, market feedback, and hiring risks to business leaders and Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Drive offer development and closing strategy in partnership with compensation, HR, and business leaders.
  • Use data and recruiting insights to improve hiring efficiency, process consistency, and decision-making across the region.
  • Help strengthen recruiting practices, tools, and workflows that support scalable hiring across EMEA and APAC.

What you’ve done:

  • Recruiting experience in a full-cycle environment, ideally supporting international or multi-country hiring.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting across EMEA and/or APAC, including navigating different markets, talent pools, and business expectations.
  • Managed multiple searches at once while maintaining strong attention to detail, follow-through, and candidate quality.
  • Developed strong partnership skills with hiring managers and business leaders, including the ability to influence, advise, and push for clarity when needed.
  • Gained experience sourcing and recruiting for a mix of corporate, go-to-market, and or technical roles, depending on business demand.
  • Worked directly in an ATS (ideally Jobvite) and other recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, while keeping data accurate and process steps moving.
  • Experience with coordination tasks such as scheduling, interview logistics, candidate communication, and process tracking when team support is limited or speed is critical.
  • Built strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to represent the company professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to balance urgency with quality, and how to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
