Business Systems Analyst (BSA) : (GTM & Revenue Operations)
AI-Driven Delivery Model | Value Stream Aligned
The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced AI-forward Business Systems Analyst to support our global GTM and Revenue Operations organization. This role operates within an AI-Driven Delivery Model transforming the BSA function from a reactive requirement-taker into a strategic facilitator, business translator, and value-stream orchestrator. The ideal candidate leads with business outcomes, surfaces AI and automation opportunities, and drives delivery from the earliest moments of engagement.
The BSA partners with business stakeholders, process owners, and engineering teams to lead AI-assisted intake, generate structured business context, and deliver scalable technology solutions that support our global GTM and Revenue operations teams. You'll help shape how a global SaaS company sells, quotes, forecasts, licenses, and delivers customer value. This role has direct influence over systems and processes supporting thousands of users worldwide.
How We Work: AI-Driven Delivery Model
This role operates within a modern, AI-accelerated delivery model. Traditional ticket intake and static requirements gathering have been replaced with a conversational, AI-assisted process that begins with business context and ends with intelligent, capacity-aware sprint planning.
What You'll Do
AI-Assisted Intake & Business Context
- Lead structured, conversational intake sessions with business stakeholders by replacing static form-based requirements gathering.
- Leverage AI-generated transcripts and NLP extraction to produce structured intake artifacts, including business context, problem statements, strategic imperatives, and KPIs.
- Validate and enrich AI-generated Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs) with GTM and Revenue Operations domain expertise.
- Surface AI, automation, and orchestration opportunities early in the intake process.
Value Stream Alignment & Delivery Orchestration
- Operate as a strategic facilitator and business translator within the GTM and Revenue Operations value streams.
- Partner with Business Process Owners, Enterprise Architects, Developers, and QA teams across the full SDLC.
- Support intelligent work routing, ensuring delivery is aligned to the correct team, system domain, and engineering capability.
- Support our GTM and Revenue Operations systems through implementation of new initiatives, enhancements, and integrations within the AI-Driven Delivery Model.
AI & Automation Opportunity Identification
- Evaluate GTM and Revenue Operations processes to identify AI, automation, analytics, and workflow orchestration opportunities.
- Assess data quality, integration complexity, and governance implications to enable scalable, measurable business outcomes.
- Contribute to AI-generated test case design, sprint planning recommendations, and delivery estimation as these capabilities mature.
Governance, Risk & Stakeholder Management
- Clarify governance and compliance requirements early in the process as an enabler, not a blocker.
- Facilitate UAT, stakeholder reviews, and solution validation.
- Coordinate required governance reviews: Enterprise Architecture, Security, Procurement, and Compliance, leveraging automated trigger workflows.
- Manage stakeholder communication across business and technology teams with a bias toward measurable outcomes and traceability.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field of study or relevant work experience demonstrating the key facets of this role.
- Demonstrated ability to act as a strategic advisor and business translator, not a ticket taker, collaborating across business and technology to drive solution innovation.
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and related enterprise applications.
- Proven expertise in structured requirements gathering, process mapping, user story creation, and solution design.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted or automation-enabled delivery workflows (AI-generated documentation, NLP extraction, workflow automation).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present at an executive level.
- Salesforce Administrator certification
What Success Looks Like in This Role
The BSA in this model is measured not by tickets closed, but by business outcomes enabled. Success looks like:
- Faster time-to-delivery: Intake conversations convert to structured EPICs and user stories within hours, not weeks.
- Measurable business impact: Solutions are tied directly to KPIs identified during intake.
- AI adoption: Proactively surfaces and implements AI and automation opportunities within the GTM and Revenue Operations value stream.
- Stakeholder trust: Business partners view the BSA as a strategic advisor and co-owner of outcomes, not a documentation intermediary.
- Delivery traceability: All work is traceable from business conversation through to delivered solution, with governance automated and documented.
