Regional Clinical Manager – Home Care

Join our growing organization as a Regional Clinical Manager – Home Care, where you'll provide clinical leadership across multiple locations, mentor nursing teams, and help ensure the highest standards of patient care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Supervisor or Clinical Director who is ready to expand their leadership experience and make a meaningful impact across an entire region.

Position Requirements

  • Current RN license with an unencumbered Compact License (Texas or Colorado)
  • Minimum of five (5) years of home care or home health experience (private duty nursing experience preferred)
  • At least two (2) years of clinical leadership experience
  • Home infusion therapy experience preferred
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned region

Primary Responsibilities

As the Regional Clinical Manager, you will serve as the Clinical Director for assigned offices and provide leadership by:

  • Supporting and mentoring clinical staff across multiple locations
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, accreditation, and company clinical standards
  • Coaching and developing clinical leaders and nursing staff
  • Assisting branch offices with survey readiness and plans of correction
  • Collaborating with operational leadership through Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
  • Providing limited clinical on-call support to assist with triaging clinical issues as needed

Location

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position. Candidates must reside in Texas or Colorado, and extensive regional travel is required.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually
