Supply Manager for Raw Material and Standard Parts

Job Description:

Airbus is looking for a Supply Manager in charge of the following activities:

- Act as focal point towards suppliers for operational activities, being responsible for On-Time and On-Quality deliveries.

- Issue Resolution: Monitor supply chain deviations, lead recovery plans and implement containment actions to minimize impact.

- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize stock levels.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Program to ensure a seamless workflow.

- Vendor Management: Support relationships with key suppliers, assisting in contract negotiations and monitoring service levels.

- Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to identify trends and propose innovative solutions.

- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations meet internal quality standards and external regulations.

Required skills
- Degree in Engineering.
- Level C1 English and Spanish.

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Team spirit and great collaboration skills.

- Valid driving licence.

Valued skills

- General knowledge in Supply Chain.
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in complex and international environments.
