Sr R&O Maint Anlyst Supervisor
As a supervisor for the I/E department at Solstice, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and operational efficiency of our equipment and systems. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining high standards of safety and performance in our operations.
You will report directly to the maintenance manager, and you’ll work out of our Metropolis IL location.
In this role, you will impact the success of Solstice Advanced Materials by ensuring that maintenance activities are conducted efficiently and effectively, thereby minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Including but not limited to the following:
- Adhere to Site Safety Protocols and Regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation issues to minimize downtime.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize equipment breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure smooth operations.
YOU MUST HAVE
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of instrumentation and electrical
- Experience with troubleshooting and repair of industrial electrical equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- 5+ Years of Industrial Electrical/Instrumentation experience
WE VALUE
- 2+ Year of Supervisory Experience
- Electrical Instrumentation Certification and/or 5-7 years industrial/electrical experience
- Experience with load cells and taring
- 4160 Voltage Experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair transmitters, dP’s, pH probes, temperature sensors, etc.
- Commitment to Safety
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge and experience in working with SAP.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

COMPENSATION
The annual base salary range for this position is $91610-$114513k. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
