Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an IT Product Manager (f/m) to join our Customer Services department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a 15-person team (working in waterfall or agile) developing IT applications for Airline Services & Support activities. As part of the DC organization (IM teams for Airbus Programmes, Customer Engagement & Services), you will be involved in Resolving Fleet Issues (RFI) aiming at delivering innovative IT solutions that support digital transformation.

Your challenges:
Lead the evolution of a set of applications designed to drumbeat and document the resolution of in-service issues, enabling our global aircraft ramp-up while ensuring compliance with regulations such as Export Control and Part-IS.
Understand business needs and strategic objectives to propose corresponding IT solutions (standard market software, specific solutions, or Cloud-based architecture) in line with Enterprise Architecture and IM strategy.
Be accountable for Continuous Release Management and define and ensure the go-to-market strategy of the product and service line.
Act as an End User Advocate to understand users and uses, ensuring the Product/Application vision is translated into a prioritized backlog in alignment with the business product owner.
Define chargeback models for your respective IT Products/Applications across various technologies (AWS, Skywise, SAP, COTS hosted in LAN, DMZ or Cloud).
Your boarding pass:
Required Professional Experience: more than 10 years.
Proven track record in digital product and/or project management, coupled with knowledge and experience in digital technologies and implementation/industrialisation challenges.
Architect knowledge (functional or technical); Knowledge on AWS is a plus.
Language skills: Advanced level in French and negotiation level in English required.
