Overview
The Programme Director reports into the LePub Global Chief Operating Officer and connects the Resource, Production and Project Management communities of across the LePub account. The role will partner with the LePub Global client and creative leadership, as well as the LePub Milan office ELT, to optimise the operations and client delivery across the Global Account at LePub (part of Publicis Groupe).
They will own delivery across the entire LePub Global account, leading the project management and production teams, inspiring them to do their best work, and managing the creation of world-class brand campaigns, activations, and experiences, ensuring LePub always delivers on time and on budget. Aiming to provide a framework for achieving great work, without stifling innovation. This framework will give teams the control to deliver the impossible - profitably – while having fun and maintaining a good work-life balance. They will play an important role in developing new business opportunities and will continually explore ways to expand our current clients’ remit.
They should be an expert in project management, commercially minded and a compelling leader, with a passion for delivering innovative solutions and producing award-winning work.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and operational management of a major global Food & Beverage client account, ensuring excellence in execution, client
- satisfaction, and business growth.
- Partner with client leadership, market leaders, finance, and operations teams to drive planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and
- operational efficiency.
- Develop resource and staffing forecasts and oversee PMO, governance, and delivery best practices across multiple markets.
- Monitor operational performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support contract management, supplier governance, and collaboration with legal and finance teams.
- Build trusted senior client relationships and act as a strategic advisor on delivery and operational matters.
- Lead complex business-critical initiatives and provide guidance and support to project management and resourcing teams.
- Contribute to the definition and execution of growth strategies while ensuring high-quality delivery and sustainable profitability.
Financial & Operational
- Drive KPI reporting and operational insights to support decision-making and account performance.
- Partner with finance and business leadership teams on forecasting, revenue planning, and commercial performance.
- Support contract negotiations, supplier management, and commercial discussions with clients.
- Ensure strong performance against utilisation, efficiency, profitability, and delivery targets.
- Continuously monitor project health, resource allocation, and operational effectiveness across the account.
- Promote best-practice project management frameworks, processes, and governance standards.
- Support risk mitigation and commercial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
Organisational Leadership:
- Champion the company's vision, values, and culture.
- Contribute to account strategy and long-term organisational planning as part of the leadership team.
- Act as the senior escalation point for project delivery, operations, and resource management issues.
- Build, coach, and develop high-performing project management and operations teams.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and professional excellence.
- Ensure appropriate resource deployment to meet business needs and deliver successful outcomes.
- Identify talent needs, support succession planning, and participate in the recruitment of key talent.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in project management, operations or delivery leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in resource management, forecasting, financial planning and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage global projects and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with project and workflow management tools (e.g. Workfront, Monday.com, Asana, Salesforce).
- Experience managing and developing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Commercially focused with a strong understanding of operational performance and profitability.
This role will be measured against a set of operational, financial, delivery, and people-related KPIs, which will be defined in alignment with business priorities following appointment.

Compensation
Annual Gross Salary Range (RAL) €77,000 – €82,000
- The salary range has been determined based on objective and neutral criteria, including role responsibilities, required competencies, organizational level, market benchmarks, and internal equity considerations.
- The indicated salary range is valid at the time of publication. The Company reserves the right to update it if necessary.
