This platform is capable of providing pre-consultation assessments and real-time exercise guidance and feedback to musculoskeletal patients, and is being adopted by some of the largest private healthcare providers and corporates.


About the Role


We are looking for a proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team and support daily accounting operations.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on accounting work and wants exposure to improving finance operations within a growing international business.


The successful candidate will support the strengthening of accounting records, documentation and processes while gaining exposure to audit, tax and finance improvement initiatives.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger activities.
  • Handle bookkeeping and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations.
  • Assist with monthly closing activities.
  • Maintain proper supporting documentation for accounting transactions.
  • Prepare audit and tax schedules.
  • Support the completion of historical accounting, audit and tax matters.
  • Assist with improving finance documentation and processes.
  • Support other finance-related activities as required.


Requirements:


Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.

Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

Good Microsoft Excel skills.

Detail-oriented, organised and able to meet deadlines.


Preferred:

Experience handling full set accounting.

Exposure to audit and tax support.

Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero or ERP systems.

Willingness to learn and contribute to process improvements.
