Senior Manager, Finance Transformation & AI

Santa Clara, CA$192k–$307kPosted Aug 3, 2026

We’re in an unbelievably exciting area of tech and are fundamentally reshaping the data storage industry. Here, you lead with innovative thinking, grow along with us, and join the smartest team in the industry.

This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

THE ROLE

The Data and Analytics (DnA) organization at Everpure is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation & AI to help FP&A and Treasury run AI, automation, analytics, and data as a core operating strategy — not a side project. You'll be genuinely hands-on — using modern AI tools to build working prototypes yourself (“vibe coding”) and prove what works. You'll be the business-facing strategy and adoption lead for DnA's AI Factory for Finance, our in-house capability for building, governing, and scaling AI-enabled Finance solutions.

Your Impact: You'll turn trusted data and AI capabilities into measurable improvements in planning accuracy, cash visibility, controls, and executive decision-making across the Office of the CFO. You'll partner directly with leadership across FP&A and Treasury to identify high-value AI opportunities, run focused pilots, and scale what works.

FP&A and Treasury remain accountable for their processes and outcomes; you'll be the catalyst that brings DNA-led AI and automation capabilities to life — translating high-priority opportunities into implemented solutions with the right governance, controls, and adoption. You'll lead through influence across Finance, DnA, and IT, with the opportunity to take on broader team leadership as the AI Factory scales.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Work closely with FP&A and Treasury to identify high-value AI and automation use cases — from planning and forecasting to cash and liquidity management — and redesign the underlying processes so they can be AI-enabled.
  • Prioritize opportunities, prove them through focused pilots, and scale what works   with clear business cases, measurable impact, and practical adoption plans.
  • Partner with FP&A and Treasury leaders as business owners and with DnA, IT, Security, Internal Audit, and Legal to define responsible AI standards, controls, governance, access, and auditability for planning, forecasting, and treasury use cases.
  • Help design trusted finance data products, semantic layers, driver-based planning models, cash forecasting tools, dashboards, and AI-enabled capabilities that reduce manual work and improve decision-making.
  • Act as the bridge between FP&A, Treasury, DnA, and IT / Business Systems — translating planning, forecasting, and treasury requirements into delivery-ready process, data, control, and system requirements.
  • Build the operating cadence for transformation delivery, including intake, business cases, prioritization, milestones, risks, stakeholder updates, adoption metrics, and benefits realization.
  • Drive adoption of Finance AI capabilities through UAT, training, launch communications, standard work, operating routines, and feedback loops so new capabilities are trusted and used across FP&A and Treasury.
  • Define and track value realization for FP&A and Treasury AI initiatives — forecast accuracy improvement, cycle-time reduction, manual-effort reduction, cash visibility, adoption, control improvements, and stakeholder satisfaction.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

You don't need to check every box. The core is deep FP&A and Treasury fluency, hands-on AI and automation experience, and the ability to lead transformation through influence — strength across several of the rest rounds out the profile.

  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in FP&A, treasury, financial planning, finance transformation, consulting, business systems, data / analytics, or related roles.
  • Finance core literacy: Strong understanding of core FP&A and Treasury processes, data structures, and workflows — including annual operating planning, driver-based forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, cash forecasting, liquidity management, bank connectivity, working capital, and debt / investment management.
  • AI and automation track record: Demonstrated experience evaluating, piloting, or deploying one or more AI-enabled capabilities, such as GenAI, agentic AI workflows, AI / ML, predictive modeling, intelligent automation, analytics, or workflow solutions in FP&A, Treasury, or an enterprise-adjacent function.
  • Hands-on with emerging AI: Personal, hands-on exposure to experimenting with and championing emerging AI technologies — GenAI tools, intelligent automation, and building workable prototypes yourself (including “vibe coding”) — staying current and bringing new capabilities to the team early.
  • Data, systems & platforms: Experience with the platforms that run planning, forecasting, and treasury operations — EPM / planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, OneStream, Hyperion, SAP SAC), treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba, GTreasury, SAP Treasury, FIS), ERP, cloud data platforms, and BI — with the ability to define requirements for finance data products, semantic layers, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Responsible AI and controls: Strong judgment around responsible AI, data governance, access controls, auditability, model risk, privacy, bias mitigation, SOX considerations, counterparty and cash-control risk, and human-in-the-loop review for financially material workflows.
  • Transformation leadership: Experience leading cross-functional transformation through influence — aligning business owners, technical teams, control partners, and executives around a practical roadmap and measurable outcomes — while managing multiple complex initiatives under tight timelines.
  • Communication: Ability to translate complex processes, data, and technology work into crisp executive updates, business cases, tradeoff discussions, launch plans, and adoption metrics.
