Job Overview
This role is based within our EMEA Repair Center and is critical to building and scaling efficient warehouse operations. We are looking for a strategic, solutions-oriented professional who can design, implement, and continuously improve warehouse processes, organizational structures, and team ways of working.
The person in this role will provide leadership and oversight to the Warehouse Management function, with a strong focus on developing scalable operational frameworks, optimizing workflows, and driving standardization across the warehouse environment. This includes shaping how the team operates, defining processes, and ensuring their successful implementation.
Operations include receiving, tracking, and storing inventory; picking, packing, and shipping to internal and external stakeholders; and ensuring high standards of inventory accuracy, maintenance, and reporting.

- Lead and develop the Warehouse Management function within the EMEA Repair Center, aligning it with strategic business objectives.
- Design and implement warehouse processes, organizational structures, and operating standards to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations, focusing on optimization, standardization, and cost efficiency.
- Build strong collaboration with Supply Chain and Procurement teams by providing clarity and guidance on warehouse processes and best practices.
- Define operational goals, monitor performance, and measure outcomes across assigned facilities.
- Oversee end-to-end distribution planning and execution to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and enforce warehouse procedures.
- Develop, track, and report on KPIs to improve operational effectiveness and reduce costs.
- Assess and validate staffing models to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, service teams, and suppliers.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and direction to the team.
- Allocate resources and prioritize activities to support operational needs and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 6–8 years of experience in Warehouse Management.
- Initial leadership experience (0–2 years), with strong potential for building and leading teams.
- Proven ability to design and implement processes and operational solutions.
- Strategic mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken).

Pay Transparency Statement
The monthly base salary range for this position is 12.800 PLN gross to 16.600 PLN gross.
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
