Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of a Analyst-Business Data Services The ideal candidate will have an excellent balance of people, organizational, and technical skills, the role requires understanding of Wind turbine engineering drawings, Major components of WTG, spare parts, technical analysis including prior knowledge of resolving electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic malfunctions. Previous experience in Inspecting, diagnosing, adjust, or repair of onshore wind turbines will be added advantage. The applicant should be willing to remotely work 24/7 on heavy industrial machines across the globe which are generating millions of records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the product support queue in ServiceNow and claim any unassigned cases in the queue & taking ownership.

 

• Manage technical risk by undertaking and interpreting wind turbine Major components by provided data in Service now & analysis.

 

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical developments in wind turbine design, installation, operation, and maintenance.

 

• To be supportive for different regions around the globe accordingly based on levels of incident management.

 

• Setting the standards for advanced Mechanical components data analysis. like Generator, Gearbox, Main bearing & Hub components.

 

• Wind turbine Pitch, Yaw drive & Gearbox oil-analysis. Based on the lab reports.

 

• Oil sample Lab reports & Major component Baroscopic report analysist.

 

• Required hands on experience of Major component repair & pre-examination of failure mode.

 

• Provide technical information and advice solutions to internal customers regarding technical issues.

 

• Triage the case to concerned technical team if case requires additional inputs from other support team.

 

 

• Managing the assigned task within timeline of customer want date.

 

• Need to Work with various stake holders in services sales, Services solution etc, to solve technical challenges.

 

 

• Mechanical case handling includes oil, Grease, GBX Coupling, Rotor hardware, Tower joints, Yaw friction, Bedplate, Gearbox Torque arm Pin, shrink disc & Pitch bearing. Generator DE & NDE bearing.

 

• Deliver the support for induvial regions during distinct requirements.

 

• Identifying the cracks in the bearings and dispositioning the case accordingly.

 

• Handling End of Warranty units solution & disposing proper guidelines.

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

• Master's / Bachelor's in Renewable / Mechanical /similar specialization
• Minimum 1-3  years of work experience in Wind turbine experience.
• Work is structured and systematic and has consistent attention to detail, which enables you to meet deadlines.
• Experience working with other predictive maintenance technologies and practices related to wind turbines.
• Be an innovative career creative individual who can work autonomously and yet appreciates the value of working in teams.

 

 

Competencies

 

• Good working experience in Wind turbine on mechanical components.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• You will be working with both internal and external colleagues/partners in a global multi-cultural environment.
