Role Overview
The Director, Technology Delivery plays a critical role in advancing Coca‑Cola’s Digital Transformation by ensuring the consistent, high-quality delivery of digital and technology products that drive measurable business outcomes. This role bridges strategy and execution, translating digital priorities into scalable, reliable, and value‑driven technology deployments across functions and operating units.
Operating within a product‑centric and domain aligned model, this leader is responsible for orchestrating delivery across complex, cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring alignment to enterprise standards, data and technology architecture, and transformation objectives. Success in this role requires a balance of execution excellence, stakeholder partnership, and the ability to embed agile, data‑driven ways of working that accelerate value realization.
This role partners closely with product leaders, digital domain teams, global technology teams, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions at scale, while continuously improving delivery models, governance, and performance visibility.
What You will do for us Requirements and Qualifications Skills
Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and technology initiatives aligned to enterprise Digital Transformation priorities, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality outcomes that drive measurable business value
Translate strategic digital roadmaps into executable delivery plans, aligning cross‑functional teams around clear priorities, milestones, and success metrics
Drive adoption of product‑centric, agile, and DevOps delivery practices, embedding continuous improvement, speed, and accountability into technology execution
Orchestrate delivery across multiple teams, vendors, and geographies, managing dependencies, risks, and interconnections to enable seamless execution at scale
Partner with product, data, and business leaders to ensure solutions are user‑centric, data‑enabled, and aligned with enterprise architecture and platform strategies
Establish and maintain delivery governance frameworks, including performance tracking, issue resolution, and escalation management to ensure transparency and accountability
Leverage data, analytics, and AI‑enabled insights to continuously improve delivery performance, optimize resource allocation, and enhance decision‑making
Ensure technology solutions meet security, compliance, and quality standards, aligning with enterprise risk and governance requirements
• Build strong relationships across Digital, Functions, and Operating Units to enable collaboration and drive adoption of delivered solutions
• Develop and mentor delivery teams, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning aligned to Digital Transformation goals
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or digital implementation roles within complex, global organizations
Proven experience leading large‑scale digital or technology delivery initiatives, with demonstrated impact on business performance and transformation outcomes
Strong understanding of agile, product‑centric, and DevOps delivery models, with experience implementing these practices in enterprise environments
Experience working across digital, data, and technology domains, with the ability to align delivery to enterprise architecture and platform strategies
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross functional programs with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and competing priorities
High level of digital fluency, including familiarity with data platforms, artificial intelligence use cases, and modern technology ecosystems
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision‑making and performance improvement
Experience driving organizational change and adoption, embedding new ways of working and delivery excellence
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
