What you'll be doing

Simplii Financial is a modern, customer-first organization where growth is driven by insight, experimentation, and a deep understanding of client needs. As a Growth Marketing Analyst, you'll contribute to the strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns that support engagement, conversion, and retention across the client journey. You'll analyze customer and campaign data to help shape campaign direction, develop targeted communications that reach the right audience at the right time, and measure performance to continuously improve results. Working as part of the Growth team, you'll partner closely with Digital Expansion, Product, Analytics, and Martech specialists to deliver campaigns aligned to business priorities and customer needs. You'll also contribute to reporting, segmentation, and ongoing test-and-learn activities that help the team make informed, data-driven decisions.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

How you'll succeed

  • Campaign strategy and execution - Contribute to the development and execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention. Support the design of multi-step customer journeys and partner with Martech specialists to bring campaigns to life through tools such as Braze and Adobe Target.

  • Data-driven insight - Analyze customer and campaign performance data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and inform campaign strategy. Translate findings into clear recommendations that strengthen future campaign performance.

  • Segmentation and personalization - Build your understanding of the customer lifecycle and support segmentation strategies that improve message relevance, personalization, and conversion across different audiences and stages.

  • Performance measurement - Track campaign performance against key metrics, contribute to dashboards and reporting, and help identify what is working, where improvements are needed, and what should be tested next.

  • Cross-functional partnership - Collaborate with partners across Growth, Digital Expansion, Product, and Analytics to ensure campaigns reflect customer needs, product priorities, and business goals. Communicate clearly on progress, insights, and support required.

Who you are

  • You have relevant experience. You bring 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or a related field. You have experience contributing to campaign strategy and execution in a cross-functional environment.

  • You're comfortable working with marketing technology and data. Familiarity with platforms such as Braze, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Target is an asset. You don't need to be the technical expert, but you're confident partnering with specialists and using data to inform decisions.

  • You're client-focused. You think first about the person receiving the message and whether the communication is useful, timely, and relevant. You help ensure campaigns create value for clients while supporting business outcomes.

  • You're analytically curious. You look beyond campaign results to understand what the data is telling you and how it can improve future strategies. You enjoy turning insights into practical recommendations.

  • You're a clear communicator and collaborative partner. You can help brief campaigns, share results, and explain recommendations in a way that's easy for different audiences to understand. You contribute positively to a team environment where ideas and feedback are shared openly.

  • Values matter to you. You bring your real self to work, and you live our values - trust, teamwork, and accountability.
