This role exists to build the infrastructure that makes that real as we scale from 200 to 500+ employees. As our Senior People Operations Generalist, you'll own programs that don't exist yet and improve the ones that do – spanning manager enablement, performance cycles, total rewards, and the connective tissue between People and Recruiting. This is a high-ownership role at a pivotal stage: you'll be shaping how the company grows, not just supporting it.🛠️ What You'll DoBuild manager enablement that actually sticks. Design the coaching, tools, and accountability structures that set managers up to lead well and hold a high performance bar as the org growsOwn performance cycles and engagement surveys end-to-end: design, run, synthesize, and turn what the data tells you into recommendations the business acts onClose the loop between People and Recruiting. Help establish the feedback system between who we hire, what qualities predict success at Scribe, and how that informs both sourcing and long-term retentionBring rigor to compensation and total rewards.
