This position will be located on-site in Melbourne, FL. The selected candidate will work closely with the Program Leadership to meet the goals and objectives of the AS Business Management organization.Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectivesEnsures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and qualityTracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflictsUses Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areasBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience in program planning, scheduling, and/or industry-related field OR Master’s degree with 6 years of experience in program planning, scheduling, and/or industry-related field.Must have an active DoD Secret clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Program Access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.Demonstrated experience in MS Project including, but not limited to, the detail development of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).Demonstrated experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) practices.Ability and willingness to support implementation on programs.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in material cost managementExperience with SAP and MPM &/or COBRAWe offer flexible work arrangements, phenomenal learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly team environment.
