What you’ll be doing in this roleWork closely with customers to help them successfully implement and use Duna’s productAct as the technical point of contact for integrations, onboarding, and product rolloutsTechnically scope requirements early in the implementation processTroubleshoot implementation issues and guide customers toward scalable solutionsCollaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth to improve implementation flows and customer experienceHelp shape how Duna works with customers by improving documentation, tooling, and processesWhat we’re looking forComfortable working at the intersection of technology, product, and customersClear communicator who enjoys explaining complex ideas in simple, human termsStrong problem solver who stays calm in ambiguous or fast-moving situationsSystems thinker — you understand how customer decisions impact the product and vice versaOur current stack includes Node.js + TypeScript, React, Event Sourcing, Express, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, and AWS. Familiarity with modern web technologies or technical integrations is a plus, but not required.
