Business Architecture Team Lead (Software Developer - .Net)
About the Role
Join Accenture as an Application Developer – .NET and contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of scalable business applications that support digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions, solve complex business challenges, and drive continuous improvement through modern software engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET technologies and C# programming language.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions that align with current and future business needs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure successful solution delivery and integration.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues while ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the adoption of development standards and best practices.
Support application enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and processes.
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches to improve application quality and efficiency.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in .NET application development.
Advanced proficiency in .NET Framework/.NET Core and C# programming.
Experience developing, testing, and deploying enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization techniques.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
Experience working with RESTful APIs and integration technologies.
Exposure to cloud-based platforms and modern application development practices.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices is an advantage.
