Manager, Brand Food & Beverage Programs

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in managing enterprise-level Full Service Brand F&B projects across the Americas. The work spans scalable development initiatives—such as new concepts and prototypes—as well as core programs including retail, breakfast, bars, and restaurants. As Manager, Full Service Brand F&B Programs, you will support the full service brand teams with a clear focus on strengthening and growing the Hilton portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Director of Full Service Brand F&B, you will contribute to initiatives such as our Future of Full Service programming.
What you'll do during a typical day:
- Create and rollout brand level F&B programming, guidance and best practices working directly with multiple stakeholders.
- Maintain beverage and retail programs, LTO's (limited time offers), and enhancements to core F&B programming.
- Provide feedback and guidance to both internal and hotel teams on brand requirements, food service plans, brand standards and waivers.
- Track effectiveness of program testing and rollouts using internal metrics and on-property research to develop Return on investment stories, business cases and cost models for rollout.
- Develop regular cadence of internal reporting and announcements, and develop strategy and tools to deploy and promote enterprise resources to hotels, owners, and internal audiences.
How you'll collaborate with others:
- Work directly within a matrixed organization, brand teams, brand F&B leads and hotel teams to develop programming and resources for our Full Service brands.
You'll take ownership of:
- Development of resources, collateral, program guides and communications for retail and beverage program limited time offers.
- Brand specific waiver responses and guidance for on property teams.
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of professional work experience
- Two (2) years of work experience in project and team leadership, in hospitality or related consumer-facing product sector.
- Experience in hotel, cruise or restaurant F&B operations
- Hybrid Schedule in McLean, VA
- Travel up to 30%.
It would be useful if you have:
- Degree or academic study in Hotel Management, Culinary, Business Administration, Marketing/Branding, Analytics
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud / InDesign
- Familiarity with Food Service diagrams, blue prints or technical drawings
