The Department Manager will oversee production workflows, equipment, team members, and quality across our 5 product lines in a state-of-the-art Manufacturing Facility in Carrollton, TX. In this role, you will manage a team of 100+ technicians and 7 directs across 3 shifts in a 24/5 operation. You will be responsible for ensuring that orders are fabricated at the highest quality standards while meeting customer deadlines. If you’re looking to disrupt the dental lab industry status quo, this is the right place for you!What You'll DoContinuously seek opportunities to improve workflows and processes for optimal efficiency, cost reduction, and scalabilityOutline, track, and report on key performance indicators to drive accountability and informed decision-making to help the facility reach new levelsQuickly troubleshoot and solve people, process, and technology issues as you operate within a large-scale, fast-paced manufacturing environmentMonitor and enforce adherence to strict manufacturing quality standards (including equipment maintenance and repair) and roll up your sleeves to lead by example where needed.
