This role is designed for a dental professional with strong business acumen who can act as the clinical voice across our enterprise and mid-market customer base. You will bring clinical credibility, guide adoption strategies, and strengthen client relationships across your book of business. You will also lead education and enablement initiatives for customers and internal teams, ensuring clinical excellence and consistency across all accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship & SatisfactionOwn the end-to-end client relationship for a portfolio of DSO accounts, serving as the primary point of contact post-implementationDevelop deep relationships with clinical and executive stakeholders to understand practice goals, workflows, and success metricsDeliver a consistently high standard of service that drives client satisfaction, retention, and advocacyManage issue escalations with professionalism, balancing urgency with clear client expectation-settingProduct Adoption & Clinical SuccessDrive product adoption across dental teams through a consultative approach rooted in clinical workflow expertiseDefine adoption milestones and clinical success metrics in partnership with clients; intervene proactively when engagement lagsAnalyze client usage data to surface trends, identify gaps, and share actionable opportunities for deeper engagementBring clinical credibility into strategic account conversations to ensure adoption aligns with both clinical and business outcomesEducation & EnablementDesign and deliver clinical training programs for dental teams, executives, and front-line staffDevelop scalable educational assets — including guides, webinars, playbooks, and case studies — to build confidence in AI-assisted workflowsRepresent the company as a clinical thought leader at client meetings, workshops, and industry eventsCross-Functional Collaboration & AdvocacyTranslate client feedback and clinical insights into actionable input for Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teamsCollaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Clinical Effectiveness to deliver a seamless, clinically sound customer experienceServe as the internal voice of the client to continuously improve implementation, and product experienceRequirementsDental degree (DDS, DMD, RDH, or equivalent) with business or industry experience (MBA, consulting, customer success, or leadership roles in dental organizations).5+ years of experience in dentistry, healthcare consulting, customer success, or product adoption roles — ideally in health tech, SaaS, or AIProven ability to educate and influence clinical teams while also engaging executives on business outcomesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical, clinical, and business perspectivesHighly organized, with the ability to partner across multiple accounts and teamsPassion for innovation in dental care and for transforming patient outcomes through technologyTenacity and creative problem solving skillsWhat It Is Like to Work HereWe win and lose together as one team.
