- Create high-quality client materials, including presentations, reports, summary exhibits, and recommendations for senior leadership audiences.
- Contribute to engagements related to talent acquisition, performance management, promotion processes, HR technology/vendor selection, and HR organizational review.
- Collaborate across lines of business and with cross-functional colleagues to support integrated client solutions where appropriate.
- Help coach junior team members by providing guidance on analysis, work planning, and deliverable development.
- Contribute to internal knowledge building, tools, methodology enhancement, and select proposal support, as needed, including the use of AI-enabled tools to support research, analysis, content development, and day-to-day project execution.
