Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.JOB GOALS 岗位目标1.    根据技术要求，判断零件是否合格2.    确定零件质量等级或零件缺陷的损坏程度，为质量改进提供依据3.    搜集质量数据，并对数据进行统计归类，为质量分析提供依据4.    保留检验记录，为质量问题追溯提供依据5.    支持新产品工作JOB DUTIES 岗位职责   1.    根据质量标准，对供应商提供的原材料进行入库前检验，及库存物料异常情况检查2.    创建检验记录，及时出具检验报告，维护SAP系统检验信息3.    对于供应商或QE提供的改善措施进行跟踪检查4.    协助在质量工程师并领导内部质量认证工作和ISO9000、45001、CQMS等认证工作 5.    管理检验区域的5S及安全 6.    根据检验工艺和检验清单实施产品检查7.    记录质量缺陷BIQ，开具MRDR8.    支持RCCA，QE和改进措施9.    支持NPI、ECN、国产化、PDA等10.    协助质量工程师完善零件检验清单11.    对质量换货、返修的物料进行检查12.    支持新零件、工程变更的收货检验13.    主管分配的其它任务BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE 学历/行业经验1.    中专学历及以上2.   3年以上工作经验并熟悉产品构造，有质量背景优先。3.    持有电工证优先SKILL REQUIREMENTS 技能要求1.    具有元器件检验点的知识,IQA经验，理解质量体系2.    具有计算机的一般技能，能够使用计算机完成SAP系统中质量判定的工作，一般物料查询系统状态3.    能读懂零件图纸，能够读懂较为复杂的图纸，对其他成员有一定的指导能力4.    理解英语中的技术和质量词汇5.    具备使用质量审核工具和设备的能力 Posting Dates:July 15, 2026 - July 31, 2026Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  Qualified applicants of any age are encouraged to applyNot ready to apply?
