OTC Price and Order Processing Analyst

YOUR ROLE:

•            Handle tasks related to price implementation and order processing

•            Download and manage contracts on clients' online portals (B2B and others)

•            Validate client orders for compliance with pricing offers

•            Implement and adjust client prices in SAP, in coordination with the sales department

•            Create and edit documents in the SAP system

•            Follow internal Aptiv procedures

•            Document tasks in the CRM system

•            Manage and organize assigned client portfolios effectively

•            Ensure key aspects of work are delivered on time

•            Adhere to Aptiv's values and ethics

•            Regularly update and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed

•            Provide information to external and internal auditors

•            Maintain effective communication with Aptiv teams and build positive inter-team relationships

•            Seek improvements in current processes continuously

•            Cross-train to cover for colleagues' absences

•            Complete tasks and instructions assigned by the supervisor

•            Report significant issues to the supervisor in a timely manner

•            Work under the supervision and support of senior team members

YOUR BACKGROUND:

•            Ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and make key decisions based on limited information

•            Proactive and customer-oriented with intercultural awareness

•            Strong communication skills via phone and email

•            Proficient in English (spoken and written)

•            Solid working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

•            Attention to detail and results-oriented

•            1 year of experience in the OTC process

•            Good organizational skills
