Global Director, Change Management - CRM Program
The Global Director, Change Management, CRM Program, is responsible for the strategic planning, facilitation, and execution of enterprise-wide global change management initiatives in support of the marketing organization’s transformational objectives, including a major enterprise CRM platform transition and associated process and data model changes across 9 business units, 50+countries in multiple time zones and 6k+end users. This position is instrumental in ensuring the effective transition to a new system, processes, and operational models, with a strong emphasis on driving adoption and sustaining long-term change.
In addition to working with a multi-vendor delivery model, this role will collaborate closely with various levels of leadership and stakeholders across the enterprise, to ensure consistent communication, alignment, and engagement throughout the program and change enablement lifecycle. Serving as the central point of coordination for all change management efforts, they will ensure initiatives are executed with precision and in alignment with organizational priorities, from initial planning through to successful implementation within an accelerated timeline.

Strategic Leadership & Governance
Develop and own the global change management strategy, framework, and governance model for a complex CRM transformation spanning multiple business units, regions, and stakeholder groups.
Establish enterprise-wide standards and methodologies for change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness reporting.
Serve as the primary executive advisor to program leadership on change risks, adoption barriers, and organizational alignment needs.
Change Impact, Process Alignment & Readiness
Lead the comprehensive change impact assessment process across all functional areas—including Marketing, Sales, Service, and cross‑functional processes—ensuring divisional nuances, regional differences, and role-specific impacts are captured and validated.
Translate complex system and process changes into clear, actionable impacts to people, workflows, and ways of working.
Oversee creation of global and regional change readiness dashboards, using data to drive targeted interventions.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Alignment
Map and manage more than 400+ key stakeholders across Divisions, Regions, and Functions.
Build alignment with leaders to ensure sponsorship, messaging consistency, and cultural adoption.
Build and manage a multi‑region, multi-division Change Network of change supporters, change agents, change champions and change sponsors to localize communications, drive adoption, and ensure on‑the‑ground visibility into risks, barriers, and support needs.
Communications Strategy & Execution
Create a comprehensive global communication strategy that ensures clarity, transparency, and consistency across regions, functions, and business lines, working across a complex, matrixed organization.
Partner with multiple internal communications teams to localize messaging, address change-resistant audiences, and cascade leadership communication effectively.
Recommend & leverage new communication tools such as an AI agent, Ask Phoenix, share point site, videos and other assets, using this transformation as a catalyst to drive innovative, centralized communication in collaboration with internal Marcom teams.
Develop storytelling methods that illustrate the value of this business transformation.
Training, Enablement & Capability Building
Develop the strategy and delivery of the global training and learning ecosystem, including role-based training, onboarding, job aids, and hands-on enablement sessions as applicable.
Assess and deliver innovative training tools, such as WalkMe
Develop metrics and assessments to ensure knowledge transfer, adoption and readiness.
Partner with L&OD, User Experience and other internal teams to integrate Dynamics 365 training into enterprise learning pathways.
Ensure that global training materials reflect process harmonization while also respecting regional and divisional differences.
Ensure identified embedded divisional, regional, and group resources are hitting key milestones in broader training strategy & adoption plan.
Change Adoption & Sustainment
Define and track measurable adoption KPIs, including behavioral, process, and system usage metrics.
Optimizing the change network, deploy change agents and champions across the enterprise to reinforce adoption and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with product owners and business process teams to ensure post‑deployment stabilization and long‑term sustainment.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Vendor Management
Lead coordination across multiple vendor partners, ensuring consistent communication, aligned methodologies, and seamless integration of change management activities into technical and business workstreams.
Facilitate alignment across all workstreams and vendor partners on messaging and outreach to the business, identifying potential overlaps on timelines, skills sets and resource capacity.
Risk Management & Issue Mitigation
Identify people‑centric risks early and implement mitigation plans, including targeted communication, training, and leadership interventions.
Escalate critical risks to the program leader with recommended solutions.
Maintain a pulse on organizational morale, sentiment, and readiness through structured feedback loops, pulse surveys and the change network.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
- Must be able to travel as the position requires
- Must have at least fifteen (15) years of change management experience
- Must have a demonstrated history of effective change management and implementation
- Must have experience in defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and establishing accountability frameworks (e.g., RACI matrices).
- Must have experience utilizing analytical problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-driven approach.
- Must have experience successfully managing stakeholders
- Must have experience with strategic influence & leadership – proven ability to engage, advise, influence and drive collaboration in matrixed environment. Strong facilitation skills to drive influence and alignment across various stakeholder groups
- Must have strong knowledge of up-to-date communication channels and effectiveness (e.g., Yammer, etc.)
- Must have experience leading conversations and creating stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues across an organizational hierarchy
- Must have experience with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
- Must have experience with project management capabilities
- Must have at least one (1) year experience with Microsoft Office tools
- Must have experience with employee engagement & advocacy – experience in designing internal communication initiatives that improve employee experience.
- Must have experience facilitating strong collaboration & cross-functional leadership – experience working across matrixed organizations with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, communications or related field
- Have change management experience in a B2B marketing environment
- Have a change management certification (Prosci, CCMP)
- Have experience managing change initiatives involving enterprise platform transitions (CRM, ERP, etc)
- Have experience in a similar industry performance coatings
- Have knowledge of organizational development principles
- Have experience with large-scale transformations
- Have a user experience background
- Have an Instructional Design background
- Have experience working with vendors
