About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating and managing operational activities & processes related to inventory, logistics, tech, and supply chain. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, data analysis, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Work on process improvement, and workflow optimization. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

• Preparing meaningful dashboards and operational reports with help of PowerBI, Advanced Excel, Claude AI and SQL

• Manage and follow up on project timelines, deliverables, and quality checks for completed assignments. Maintaining & streamlining monthly inventory stock closing activities.

• Maintain and audit for accurate and up-to-date records of operational activities in the company’s database, ensuring data integrity.

• Support the planning and execution in driving customer satisfaction and cost optimization initiatives

• Oversee administrative tasks such as documentation, tracking project progress, and generating operational reports.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, timelines, and quality standards while meeting performance targets.

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and operational data.

• Ensure adherence to 5S standards on production floor.

• Publish reports on TAT of key stages in supply chain related to manufacturing, procurement and delivery SLAs of dispatch orders.

• Maintain strong relationships across operational functions within the organization.


Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel for data extraction, analysis, and operational reporting.

• Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

• Knowledge of SAP (WMS/MM), MIS, GRN processes is a plus.

• Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and workflows in a dynamic environment.


Experience & Qualification:

• Exposure to Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Inventory Management.

• 1+ year experience in operations, project coordination, or technical deployments is an advantage.

• B.Tech. (preferably in Operations, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field).
