Job Description:
The AVP Marketing, Everyday Banking reports to the VP Marketing, Everyday Banking, Segments and RESL. They will provide leadership and oversight for the development, management, and execution of marketing plans that drive business growth for Chequing, Savings and New to Bank Product Deepening, Onboarding, Account Management, Money Movement, and Student Segment priorities. The role drives the experience for personal banking customers by helping meet holistic banking and advice needs from acquisition through onboarding, deepening, and engagement.
Responsibilities
·Provide leadership and oversight for the development, management, and execution of marketing plans that drive business growth for Chequing, Savings and New to Bank Product Deepening, Onboarding, Account Management, Money Movement, and Student Segment priorities.
·Own the development and management of marketing plans and associated business-sponsored marketing budgets.
·Work closely across Marketing Practices to lead development, budget allocation, and delivery of integrated campaigns, including paid, owned, and earned tactics.
·Be responsible for media and advertising strategies, creative delivery, and performance tracking for the business.
·Partner closely with business and external partners to deliver on business OKRs.
·Provide oversight to strategy kickoffs within marketing, including target, offer, timelines, and budget, in compliance with Marketing process and governance control requirements.
·Apply the brand to all aspects of marketing and act as the key resource for the business on the brand.
·Understand end-to-end customer journeys and support the business in delivering the brand through customer experience.
·Develop marketing talent that are enterprise assets for the organization.

Requirements
·Deep knowledge of marketing and brand strategies, digital marketing, and demonstrated ability to apply them.
·Ability to manage and coach through budget, project management, integrated campaign creation, marketing strategy and plan development, results reporting, analysis, and problem solving.
·Experience in Marketing Agile ways of working.
·Strong strategic skills to translate business objectives into marketing strategy.
·Strong ability to design, execute, and deliver leading marketing communication.
·Data and analytical focus, with digital acumen.
·Financial acumen, including understanding marketing outcomes that drive P&Ls.

Education and Experience
·10+ years of Marketing experience.
