Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Site Services Supervisor for our Fibrebond team based at our manufacturing campus in Minden, LA.
This role is responsible for the overall management of the Site Services Department. Responsible for managing multiple Site Services projects associated with all Fibrebond’s manufactured products. Schedules and directs site service technicians in the completion of assigned jobs. Follows up on completed work to assure it meets quality standards and the customer’s needs. Attends to customer needs and nurtures continued business.
Fibrebond, an Eaton company, designs and manufactures pre integrated modular buildings and power enclosures that protect mission critical equipment for data center, industrial, utility, and communications customers. Headquartered in Minden, Louisiana, Fibrebond is known for its engineered to order solutions that support complex infrastructure projects across North America. In 2025, Fibrebond was acquired by Eaton, expanding Eaton’s modular solutions portfolio while preserving Fibrebond’s strong engineering expertise, customer focus, and manufacturing operations in Louisiana.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. Please note the salary information shown is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
What you’ll do:
- Schedule jobs and Site Services personnel to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Monitor Site Services technician performance to ensure job requirements are met.
- Motivate, train, and develop employee skills.
- Attend customer meetings and conference calls as required for project execution.
- Communicate directly with Fibrebond Project Managers and customers as needed.
- Collaborate with Quality Control to resolve issues negatively impacting customer satisfaction.
- Conduct Site Services employee performance reviews.
- Ensure crews maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Ensure employees receive required safety and project-related training, including OSHA, TWIC, boom lifts, fall protection, and forklift certifications.
- Exercise sound judgment in managing company assets and controlling department expenses.
- Travel to project sites to meet with crews and customers as required.
- Provide technical support to the Estimating department for Site Services proposals.
- Assist with implementing department processes that improve efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Basic (required) Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Three years of experience working in a manufacturing environment or similar.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to read and understand building drawings, site plans, equipment layouts, and foundation drawings
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed to customer sites, including overnight travel (avg of 10%).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Previous experience as a leader/manager of people or project teams.
- Prior project management or related management experience, coordinating multiple projects and priorities
Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal departments.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
