How you create impact

• Prospect and acquire new customers: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and face-to-face meetings, with a strong focus on SMEs.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline: Maintain an active pipeline of qualified opportunities, accurately tracking customer interactions and sales activities through Kuehne+Nagel's CRM to achieve growth targets.
• Act as a trusted Air Logistics consultant: Understand customers' supply chain needs and provide tailored air freight solutions while sharing market insights and value-added services.
• Drive commercial activity in the field: Conduct approximately 8 customer visits per week, strengthening relationships, identifying new opportunities, and increasing market presence in Medellín.
• Collaborate to deliver outstanding customer experiences: Work closely with Air Logistics Customer Care, Pricing, and Operations teams to ensure successful quotations, onboarding, and long-term customer satisfaction.

What we would like you to bring

• Proven experience in freight forwarding sales, preferably within Air Logistics.
• Strong hunter mindset with a demonstrated track record of acquiring new customers and developing business opportunities.
• Knowledge of the Medellín logistics market and an established professional network within the industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach.
• English B2 is desirable, but not mandatory.
