This role is titled Business Controller internally, with a strong focus on FP&A and Finance Business Partnering, supporting business decisions and performance management. You will translate financial data into actionable insights and directly impact business growth and profitability. You will collaborate closely with regional stakeholders, including finance counterparts in India.Key Responsibilities Drive budgeting and rolling forecast to ensure planning accuracy Deliver performance analysis and actionable insights for decision-making Analyze cost structure and profitability to identify improvement opportunities Ensure high-quality and consistent financial reporting Partner with business and operations teams to influence key decisions Collaborate with regional finance teams (including India) to align processesQualificationsMust-have: 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Audit Strong analytical capability with ability to generate business insights Advanced Excel skills Ability to influence stakeholders across functions Working proficiency in English (to collaborate with regional teams)Nice-to-have: Experience in multinational or matrix organizations Experience with Power BI or other BI tools Exposure to growth or transformation environmentsWhy Join Us Regional exposure with cross-country collaboration High-impact business partnering role Clear career path (Business Controller → Finance Manager) Close interaction with business leadersAdditional InformationWe support your development! Do you feel you don’t match 100% of the requirements?
