As part of the Data and Analytics team you will design, develop, and deploy predictive models and analytical solutions that drive insights for the pharma industry. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain standards while focusing on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of business context. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work extensively with Pharma Claims Data and contribute to commercial analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied statistics

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Relevant certifications in Data Science, Cloud, or Machine Learning technologies preferred

- Excelling in machine learning frameworks and methodologies

- Analyzing and integrating large-scale datasets effectively

- Staying updated with advancements in AI and data science
