Residential Life Administrator - NYU Tulsa

Position Summary

This live-in position coordinates all aspects of the programs and services for the NYU Tulsa residential facility (both the community development and the administrative aspects such as room selection, room changes, and semester transition). The position directly supervises student Peer Mentors. The Residential Life Administrator provides crisis intervention to residents; assesses nature of problems and resolves or refers for resolution; conducts investigations of alleged violations of University and residence policies, holds meetings, interviews participants, determines degree/seriousness of violations, and follows University student conduct policy. This position is responsible for assigned after-hours/weekend/holiday on-call duties on a rotational basis to address any student emergency. Advises students and collaborates with NYU Tulsa staff to create a living and learning community to enrich the students’ University experience. Develops and implements residential learning community programs and initiatives; assists with student development operations. This is a part- time, live-in student housing position based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Required Education:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Required Experience:1+ years years experience in community development activities and programming, facilities operations, and staff supervision. In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $19.00 to USD $19.00. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
