Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work independently within established processes and guidelines, selecting appropriate methods and tools to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve work processes, systems, and operational efficiency, leading implementation initiatives with management approval.
  • Provide recommendations that support effective allocation and management of financial and organizational resources.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and train team members and new employees across Human Resources functional areas, including compensation, benefits, staffing, employee relations, organizational development, and HR operations.
  • Support work planning by helping establish priorities, assigning responsibilities, and coordinating project timelines to ensure successful execution.
  • Contribute input to employee performance evaluations and ongoing development.
  • Lead and manage short-term HR projects, ensuring objectives, deliverables, and deadlines are achieved while aligning initiatives with business strategies.
  • Develop and present recommendations based on project outcomes to support organizational goals and business needs.
  • Resolve complex, non-routine HR inquiries by applying analytical thinking, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Analyze trends, metrics, and data from HR reporting systems and other sources to identify issues, develop insights, and recommend solutions.
  • Exercise independent judgment in resolving complex situations that may require research and approaches beyond standard procedures.
  • Provide guidance, direction, and subject matter expertise to teams, influencing the effectiveness of multiple work groups and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders across departments and locations to support HR programs and business objectives.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly and salaried positions, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection recommendations.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Respond to compensation-related inquiries and provide guidance on salary administration and compensation practices.
  • Participate as a subject matter expert in specialized HR programs or Centers of Expertise.
  • Advise employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct salary reviews and provide market-based compensation recommendations.
  • Develop, update, and maintain employee handbooks, HR policies, and related documentation.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve learning, training, and employee development programs.
  • Administer compensation and salary management programs in accordance with organizational guidelines.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and organizational information.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulatory requirements, company policies, ethical standards, and internal governance practices.
  • Build effective relationships with managers, leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders by providing professional HR guidance and support.
  • Communicate complex HR information clearly and effectively, using strong influencing and stakeholder management skills to balance diverse perspectives.
  • Participate in organizational initiatives and continuous improvement efforts while maintaining high standards of quality, professionalism, and compliance
