What you will do:

  • Lead and coordinate the daily activities of estimators and drafters within an assigned territory.
  • Manage work queues and assign projects based on team capacity, priorities, and customer commitments.
  • Monitor workload, project status, and turnaround times to ensure timely delivery of estimates and shop drawings.
  • Produce accurate estimates, quotations, and AutoCAD shop drawings for tapered roofing and insulation projects.
  • Review estimates and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to estimators, sales teams, customers, architects, consultants, and contractors.
  • Coach, mentor, and support the development of team members, including direct reports.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for technical, workload, and customer-related issues.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to improve customer service and workflow efficiency.

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of estimating, drafting, or related industry experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, or team coordination experience.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and estimating processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Architectural Technology diploma/degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to conduct site visits and roof inspections when required.

Pay Range

CAD $70,000.00 - CAD $84,000.00 /Yr.
