We are seeking an ambitious, high-performing Enterprise Sales Leader to drive new logo acquisition and revenue expansion. In this role, you will lead complex, consultative SaaS sales cycles from initial outreach to close, targeting C-suite stakeholders across major enterprises.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Drive New Business Revenue: Consistently hit and exceed annual quota targets by acquiring net-new enterprise accounts.
C-Suite Outreach & Engagement: Generate and conduct high-impact meetings with C-level executives (CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and Business Heads).
Pipeline & Opportunity Management: Build, qualify, and manage an active enterprise pipeline through a mix of self-generated outbound prospecting, partner co-selling, and inbound leads.
Full-Cycle Deal Ownership: Lead end-to-end sales cycles—from initial discovery and solution presentation to commercial negotiation and closing.
Complex Solution Selling: Present tailored business cases and proposals for cloud SaaS solutions (ERP, EPM, BI, SCM, CRM, or specialized enterprise software).
Qualifications & Experience
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas over the past 3+ years.
Enterprise Deal Experience: Strong experience closing enterprise-grade deals with average sales cycles ranging from 3 to 9+ months.
Strong Outbound Capabilities: Proven ability to self-generate outbound opportunities alongside marketing/partner channels.
Domain Expertise: Expertise in selling enterprise cloud SaaS, data analytics, ERP, EPM, CRM, or related business applications.
Executive Presence: Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with C-suite leadership.
