Leading and developing the Quality Control team (people management and daily operations)
Managing the documentation of the integrated management system (creation, issuance, updates, and ensuring digital/online availability)
Planning, organizing, executing, and coordinating internal system and quality audits (including basic quality audits)
Preparing and managing monthly and periodic quality reports (data collection, analysis, preparation, and distribution), including reporting to EMEA
Handling external communication and maintaining relationships with customers, certification bodies, consultants, training providers, and other external partners
Acting as a key internal interface and ensuring effective collaboration with the EMEA Quality organization

For This Role, You Will Need:
Strong customer focus and an advanced quality mindset
3–5 years of leadership experience in quality management within the automotive industry
Confidence, decisiveness, and a strong sense of ownership
Experience in leading change initiatives or continuous improvement projects
Strong collaboration skills within a matrix organizational structure
Experience with automotive quality standards (e.g., IATF 16949, VDA) and solid knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FMEA, 8D, SPC, MSA)
Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, analytical mindset
Fluent English with negotiation-level communication skills, as well as Hungarian proficiency
A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics (or equivalent technical qualification)
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Certified VDA 6.3 process auditor
Experience in managing customer audits
Experience with digital quality systems or document management tools
Experience with ISO26262 and solid Knowledge of ESD requirements and controls in a manufacturing environment
