     100% telecommute position. May work remotely or telecommute to company HQ in Draper, UT

Salary:                                    $153,192.00/year

Hours:                                     Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

 

Summary of Duties:

 

  • Present technical Salesforce solutions using UML and Object-Oriented Design Patterns to demonstrate an understanding of business problems and ensure the stability of the overall architecture.
  • Develop Salesforce code as per specifications using force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Component (LWC), Lightning Aura Component, Visualforce (VF Pages), Integration (REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, Platform Events, Platform Cache), force.com API, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, Process Builders, Shield, Third-Party Apps, Salesforce Lightning Connect, and Third-Party REST APIs.
  • Utilize advanced Agile Software Engineering experience with solid software design, coding, testing, maintenance, and debugging skills on the Salesforce platform.
  • Integrate data and services to Salesforce using Boomi as a middleware solution.
  • Perform ongoing customizations to product features and integration with other enterprise systems (CTI-telephony, NetSuite, and Internal Platform Databases) by APIs or middleware solutions (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).
  • Maintain a high awareness of and enthusiasm, staying abreast of new features and updates released to the SFDC platform.
  • Leverage AI capabilities within Salesforce using Agentforce to accelerate code development and platform feature delivery, enabling key business outcomes and improving operational efficiency.

 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Studies, AND Five (5) years of experience in the job offered or any related occupation in which the required experience was gained.

 

Applicants must also have demonstrated experience with: 

  • Custom coding and software development within Salesforce.com
  • Implementing Salesforce in a multi-instance Salesforce environment
  • Standard Salesforce functions, especially in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
  • All parts of Salesforce’s configuration space, including native and custom objects, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, alerts, process builder actions, 3rd-party technology integrations, user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings
  • Apttus or similar CPQ implementations, including implementing Lead-to-Close processes
  • NetSuite or similar financial software integrations
  • Deployment and version control software (GitHub or GearSet)
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Salesforce Einstein AI and Agentforce implementations to support intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and autonomous workflows

Onboarding & Travel

This is a remote role, with an in-person onboarding training component. New team members must participate in Trailhead, HealthEquity’s immersive onboarding experience Trailhead is designed to foster meaningful connections, support your integration into the organization, and equip you with a strong understanding of our business. Trailhead participation is a key expectation of this role. Trailhead is held onsite at our headquarters once per quarter. HealthEquity covers all required travel and accommodations. 

 

This role may begin with a virtual, self-paced onboarding experience, followed by a mandatory onsite Trailhead session at a later date.
