In this role, you will focus on Ericsson’s Business Area Cloud Software & Services (BCSS) portfolio and related Core and Cloud solutions, engaging with T-Mobile and the CU in a great learning environment where we work on the front lines of technology strategy, development, and adoption.
You Will
- Work closely with the CU Core 3, Market Area teams, and directly engage with BCSS Product and Portfolio organizations on T-Mobile requirements, solutions, and development across current technologies and towards 6G.
- Formulate strategies for network and service transformations with emphasis on automation, AI and agentic principles, and end-to-end architectures that enable new services and business models; align those strategies with T-Mobile’s service ambitions.
- Lead solutioning and architecture across BCSS domains, including Packet Core, Cloud-native applications, charging and billing, OSS/BSS, orchestration, and service exposure.
- Drive AI- and automation-focused initiatives within BCSS, including Physical AI, inferencing/compute, knowledge planes/bases, and closed-loop automation to improve network and service performance.
- Evaluate requirements for new consumer and enterprise services and ensure performance is addressed from an end-to-end perspective across BCSS and adjacent domains.
- Act as a senior technical and commercial advisor to the CTO and Account teams, supporting customer dialogues and anchoring BCSS-related strategies, roadmaps, and solution decisions.
- Partner with sales and commercial teams to explore customer needs, engage T-Mobile stakeholders, and translate opportunities into detailed BCSS-driven technical offerings and competitive proposals.
- Influence Ericsson’s BCSS portfolio strategy by channeling customer feedback and forward-looking requirements into product development and standardization activities.
To Be Successful In The Role, You Must Have
- * A demonstrated ability to effectively leverage the wider global Ericsson organization, including Business Areas, Global Functional Teams and Market Area domain teams, in support of complex BCSS and Core/Cloud customer engagements.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technology, solutions, and/or product management within the telecoms/ICT industry, with a strong focus on BCSS-related domains (Core, Cloud, OSS/BSS, Charging/Billing, Orchestration).
- Proven experience working with Product Areas and standardization teams/initiatives, particularly in areas relevant to BCSS, Core and Cloud.
- Solid background in technology architecture and solution management, including establishing and maintaining senior-level relationships with CSP customers.
- A strong internal network within Ericsson’s solutions and services community, especially within BCSS and Core/Cloud domains.
- End-to-end understanding of Ericsson’s BCSS portfolio, with cross-domain experience preferred and knowledge across both services and products.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to shape requirements, build advisory relationships, and influence customer decision-making.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at executive and senior levels, both internally and with T-Mobile.
- Ability to thrive in a front-runner customer environment where new concepts and solutions are often developed and deployed for the first time.

Your Pay The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
The salary range for this position is
• Bellevue, WA: $185,000 - $242,550
Sales Incentive Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for sales incentives as a part of Ericsson’s Sales Incentive Plan. Actual payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual incentive target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.
Your Health Ericsson offers excellent health benefits including the choice of three medical plan options and a dental plan option that allow an employee to select the level of coverage that suits their needs. Employees will receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost that Ericsson pays toward the cost of their medical and dental premiums for themselves and eligible covered dependents.
Your Financial Security
We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson match $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson’s full matching contributions of 4%. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson’s Stock Purchase Plan.
Your Time Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
