Senior Associate/Associate, Network Specialist, Technology & Operations

In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain robust and scalable network infrastructure to support the bank's operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address network-related requirements and challenges
- Continuously monitor and analyze network performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing proactive measures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommend and implement appropriate solutions
- Provide technical guidance and support to other teams within the organization
- Participate in projects and initiatives lead by business
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in network engineering or a similar role
- Strong understanding of network protocols, technologies, and architectures (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, wireless)
- Holder of Cisco CCNA / CCNP and Huawei HCIA / HCIP is a plus
- Proficient in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization tools and techniques
- Hands-on experience with Cisco and Huawei network configuration, deployment, and maintenance, including LAN, WAN and wireless product
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, technologies and challenges
- Able to work with flexible hours
