As the Manager you will be primarily responsible for day-to-day oversight and management of the team implementing and supporting technology and users within our mission critical, media production and enterprise IT environment. Job Responsibilities: Lead the requirements gathering, planning, and implementation of technical and workflow solutions for News, Production, and Creative Services partners. Oversight & administration of media production applications, systems and infrastructure, including critical facility infrastructure, ensuring reliability of technology and operations. Responsible for staffing and supervisory duties of Production Operations Specialists, including hiring, scheduling and performance management in accordance with local station policiesOversee technical support, incident response operations and customer communication. Provide processes, resourcing and guidance to ensure team objectives & SLAs are met. Hire, coach and develop team members throughout their career journey. Develop & maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication. Ensure compliance with NBCUniversal cyber security policies and standards. All other duties as assigned.Knowledge of FCC rules and laws pertaining to news broadcasting on multi-media platforms, and employment and labor regulations Required onsite. This position is required to be performed full time onsite from an NBCUniversal designated work site. QualificationsBasic Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years of leadership experience involving people management, project leadership, or indirect leadership.
