Job Description:

Digitizes and catalogues imaging as defined per study protocols. Attends and contributes to research meetings, seminars, and academic conferences. Assists with the preparation of research grant applications. Actively collaborates with the entire research team, using professional experience to provide mentorship and guidance within area of subject matter expertise. Other duties as assigned. Participates in investigator-initiated and sponsored research projects. Utilizes clinical knowledge to assist with clinical research studies. Drafts, designs, and implements research proposals, protocols, and procedures. Performs literature searches relevant to the research topic. Participates in data collection for research studies. Assists with data analysis in collaboration with Biostatisticians and research team members. Prepares abstracts, scholarly manuscripts, and presentations to communicate scientific results. Obtains, reviews, and extracts data elements for clinical studies. Participates in the research consent and participant enrollment process, including necessary travel.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Basic knowledge of development process for clinical or basic science research ideas [Required]
  • Computer skills including, but not limited to experience with Microsoft Office [Required]
  • Must be detail oriented [Required]
  • Must have the ability to multi-task [Required]
  • Must be able to think critically and demonstrate deductive reasoning and decision making [Required]
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills [Required]
  • Established competency of the development and operations clinical or basic science research protocols [Preferred]
  • Knowledge or experience in investigator-initiated research in a clinical - research setting [Preferred]

Education:

  • Bachelor's [Required]

Field of Study:

  • degree or international equivalent in scientific, health science or realted field

Work Experience:

  • 1+ related experience [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$49,307.53 - $91,705.34
