Lead the commercial management of data centre construction projects across the region, partnering with design, engineering, construction, finance, scheduling and project controls teams to deliver projects within approved scope, schedule and budget. Develop detailed project estimates, support business case development, validate contractor pricing and provide commercial input into funding requests and investment decisions. Manage contract administration activities including payment applications, change orders, procurement reviews, vendor invoicing and final account settlement. Lead Quantity Surveying partners and commercial resources, ensuring appropriate support, capability and performance across the regional project portfolio. Deliver commercial governance and reporting, including monthly business reviews, cost reporting and performance updates for regional and EMEA leadership teams. Provide strategic commercial support for design development, value engineering, site selection, constructability reviews and continuous improvement of commercial processes and best practices. Bachelor's Degree in Quantity surveying, Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience. Experience in Leadership experience in Construction Projects Experience delivering cost management on datacentre construction projects Experience of construction-phase commercial delivery, including general contractor procurement, change management, review of subcontractor costs and pay applications, and final account settlement Experience delivering on projects with individual build values in excess of $500M Clear understanding of the full construction lifecycle Strong Power BI, Excel, reporting and tracking tooling Clear executive-level written communication Comfort operating in ambiguity and cross-functional forums Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) full membership or equivalent English working proficiency These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
