Senior Advanced Electrical Engineer

Reporting directly to our Engineering Program Manager, you’ll be based in our vibrant Torrance, California or Tempe Arizona locations, embracing a hybrid work schedule that balances flexibility and teamwork.

•    Design and develop electrical systems and components 
•    Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements 
•    Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations 
•    Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
•    Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from conception to completion
•    Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to the team members
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
•    Execute electrical circuit design team project tasks
•    Complete assignments by applying electrical engineering methods
•    Generate Bill-of-Materials (BOMs) for Printed Board Assemblies (PBAs)
•    Leverage knowledge of circuit design, circuit simulation, and analysis
•    Troubleshoot and diagnose problems/failures uncovered by circuit card tests
•    Prepare investigation and test results to document findings
 

YOU MUST HAVE
•    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
•    12+ years of experience in electrical engineering within the aerospace industry. 
•    Strong knowledge of aerospace engineering principles, project management methodologies, and regulatory requirements. 
•    Proficiency in engineering software tools and project management applications.

BENEFITS  
The annual base salary range for this position is $118,000 -$148,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell Aerospace considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
