As a Technical Architect - Senior Manager, you will lead the development and customization of applications using the Guidewire platform, focusing on designing, coding, and testing software solutions tailored to the needs of insurance organizations. Within our Advisory - Other practice, you will leverage your skills to drive operational efficiency and strategic objectives for our clients. As a Senior Manager, you will serve as the senior offshore technical point of contact, directing a team of Integration Engineers and coordinating with onshore architects to make informed design decisions. You will oversee code quality and manage integration testing hand-offs, contributing to the seamless delivery of solutions.

You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Your role will involve strategic advising, problem-solving, and developing high-performing teams, all while maintaining operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Leading the integration build and delivery process for the Systematics wave as the senior offshore technical point of contact
- Directing a team of offshore Integration Engineers and coordinating with onshore architects to make informed design decisions
- Overseeing code quality and managing the delivery cadence to align with project timelines
- Managing integration testing hand-offs to the Testing workstream to facilitate seamless project progression
- Designing, coding, and testing software solutions using the Guidewire platform to meet the specific needs of insurance organizations
- Customizing Guidewire applications, including BillingCenter and ClaimCenter, to optimize client operations
- Utilizing MuleSoft and REST/SOAP APIs for integration engineering leadership
- Analyzing client needs to implement software solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for the seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Building relationships with stakeholders to identify and address technical challenges effectively
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 13+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
