This is a role for someone who brings an existing network, commercial instincts, and the ability to move fast in a high-growth startup environment.ResponsibilitiesPartnerships & Business DevelopmentIdentify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with community organisations, ethnic media, cultural associations, religious institutions, and remittance-adjacent businesses (travel agents, grocery chains, money exchanges) across key US citiesBuild and manage a structured partnership pipeline, tracking deal value, activation timelines, and revenue impactDevelop co-marketing and referral arrangements that drive measurable customer acquisition at efficient CACRepresent TTS at senior levels with external partners, acting as the face of the corridorGrowth Strategy & ExecutionDesign and execute a multi-channel growth strategy across the South Asia corridor, combining offline community activations, digital campaigns, ambassador programmes and influencer partnershipsSource, onboard and manage a network of community champions and brand ambassadors, setting clear KPIs and maintaining ongoing engagementLead localised campaign planning across communities, ensuring cultural relevance and message resonanceMonitor competitive activity and identify whitespace opportunities across communitiesData, Financials & PerformanceBuild a test-and-learn framework across acquisition channels, using data to double down on what works and kill what doesn'tReport regularly on growth metrics, partnership performance and market opportunitiesRequirements6–8 years of experience in growth, partnerships, business development or community marketing — ideally within fintech or a consumer startup; serving diaspora communities a plusA proven track record of building and closing partnerships that delivered measurable commercial outcomesDeep existing networks within South Asian communities in the US — you are known and trusted in these spacesStrong commercial acumen — you can connect partnership activity to business resultsExcellent...
