At Cencora, our purpose is united in our responsibility to create healthier futures. As part of our Supply Chain People Team, you will work side by side with HR Business Partners supporting distribution centers and logistics operations across Spain.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both strategic and operational Human Resources, participating in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, workforce analytics, and business transformation projects.

What You Will Do
As an HR Business Partner Intern, you will support HR initiatives across our Supply Chain organization and collaborate with managers, employees, and HR stakeholders on a wide range of projects.
You will:
Support Talent Management processes including Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Development Plans and Performance Management cycles.
Assist in preparing HR reports, dashboards and workforce analytics to support data-driven decision making.
Collaborate in employee engagement initiatives, pulse surveys and action planning activities.
Support organizational transformation and change management projects within Supply Chain Operations.
Contribute to internal communication and employee experience initiatives.
Participate in recruitment processes for operational and professional roles, including candidate screening and interview coordination.
Assist in preparing presentations and materials for leadership meetings and people reviews.
Collaborate on HR projects related to organizational design, workforce planning and process improvement.
Provide support in employee relations topics, helping to prepare documentation, track cases and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
Help maintain HR data quality and support activities within Workday and other HR systems.
Explore and apply AI and digital tools to improve HR processes, reporting and employee experience.

Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in:Human Resources Labor Relations Psychology Business Administration Law Organizational Development Data Analytics applied to HR Or a related field
Availability to sign an internship agreement with a university or business school.
Skills
Strong analytical mindset and interest in HR metrics and data analysis.
Advanced Excel skills.
Knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 tools.
Interest in Artificial Intelligence and digital solutions applied to HR.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Languages
Spanish: Fluent
English: Advanced (written and spoken)
