As a Senior Associate in IT Infra/Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing cloud operations within our Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics network. Your responsibilities will include supporting client-facing initiatives and confirming seamless infrastructure management. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to navigate complex situations and build meaningful client relationships. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, fostering their growth while maintaining professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Managing cloud infrastructure operations to support client needs and optimize performance
- Administering cloud-based service management platforms including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
- Designing and implementing cloud infrastructure architecture to enhance service delivery and compliance
- Troubleshooting cloud computing issues to maintain seamless operations and client satisfaction
- Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize cloud performance and infrastructure management
- Collaborating with teams to develop cloud migration strategies and execute cloud operations effectively
- Monitoring infrastructure performance using tools like Dynatrace APM and Splunk to identify and resolve potential issues
- Providing technical consultation to clients on cloud strategy and infrastructure optimization
- Implementing cloud compliance measures to align with industry standards and client requirements
- Engaging in continuous learning and embracing change to adapt to evolving cloud technologies and methodologies

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
