Essential Duties and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be hands‑on with advanced assemblies, perform detailed inspections at key stages of the build, and be the quality expert that keeps production running smoothly. Your work helps prevent defects, drives consistent quality, and supports safe, compliant manufacturing operations. If you enjoy working collaboratively with technicians, engineers, and quality professionals—and you’re motivated by making a real impact—this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be the quality checkpoint for mechanical and electromechanical assemblies—performing inspections, verifying torque, and checking critical dimensions using precision tools. You’ll apply GD&T principles, confirm labeling and traceability, and ensure workmanship meets all specifications. You’ll maintain accurate, compliant documentation; identify and report defects; and communicate findings clearly to technicians, engineers, and supervisors. You’ll keep tools calibrated and in good condition, support measurement system checks, and make sure no assembly moves forward without proper inspection release. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, participate in briefings, raise concerns proactively, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts to keep quality at its best.
