🎵 We're Hiring | Training Lead – Music 🎶

Are you passionate about music education and inspiring teachers to deliver exceptional learning experiences?

We're looking for a Training Lead – Music to join our Central Arts Department at K12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd.

📍 Location: Bangalore

🕒 Role: Full-time | 6-day work week (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)

What You'll Do:

🎼 Train and mentor music teachers through practical, demonstration-based sessions

🎹 Conduct classroom observations and improve teaching quality across schools

🎤 Lead student performances, showcases, and large-scale music projects

🎸 Support curriculum innovation and strengthen music education practices

✈️ Travel to schools and work closely with academic and operations teams

We're Looking For:

✔️ 2–5 years of teaching/training experience

✔️ Expertise in at least one instrument (Keyboard, Guitar, or Percussion)

✔️ Strong understanding of pitch, rhythm, and ensemble performance

✔️ Passion for mentoring educators and shaping impactful student experiences

💰 Salary: (based on experience)
