Because we believe that your career path should be as unique as you are. Your new adventureShape the future of maintenance in a strategic role within an international environment, driven by modern data-based approaches:Strategic evaluation of our asset base across the entire lifecycleDerivation of measures for equipment based on KPIs and data analyses (optimization of maintenance strategy, replacement, refurbishment, decommissioning)Support of budgeting and investment planning processesAnalysis and optimization of spare parts management, including inventory strategies and risk assessmentCollaboration with international sites in the rollout of standardized processesSite-wide coordination of the annual summer shutdown Your skills and experiencesTechnical education (e.g. mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering, smart production, business intelligence) or a comparable qualificationExperience in maintenance or spare parts planning, service, or industrial process optimizationHands-on experience in data analysis and strong Excel skills; SAP and Power BI knowledge are a plusStrong analytical mindset and a passion for preparing and interpreting complex data setsSolid understanding of equipment and processes, as well as experience in planning, optimization, or project managementVery good German and English skills We offerYou will be offered an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits and diverse development opportunities. The minimum salary for this position is EUR 53,240.98 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry.
