We help teams like Circle, Gemini, and Societe Generale manage their digital asset accounting, reporting, and compliance.We're growing fast, and we're building the GTM team to match.The opportunityWe already have partnership agreements in place with the biggest names in crypto infrastructure: custodians, exchanges, accounting firms, staking providers. The relationships exist. The deals are signed.What we need now is someone to own them.Your job is to get embedded with the sales teams at our partners, build real relationships with the people on the ground, and make sure Cryptio is the first name that comes up when a lead lands. When a bank starts an RFP for a wallet provider, we need the custodian to say "and you'll need Cryptio for the accounting layer." That's what this role is about.No cold pipeline from scratch. No quota. Just you, our partner network, and a clear KPI: how many leads are flowing through partnerships?What you'll doOwn the day-to-day relationships with our partner network (custodians, exchanges, accounting firms, staking providers, and more)Get embedded with partner sales teams and become genuinely top of mindBuild the CRM, the sequencing, the outreach, the cadence — the whole engineTrack partner performance and make it visible across the businessWork with marketing on joint campaigns, events, and contentHelp develop new partnership verticals as we growShow up at industry events and become a recognisable face in the ecosystemWho you areYou're a strong relationship builder with commercial instincts. You've probably been in sales or BD and you're good at it, but you want to build something rather than chase a number every month.You're organised. You think in systems. You follow through.And you genuinely love crypto. Not as a buzzword. You follow the space, you understand the players, and you can hold your own in a conversation with a BitGo or Anchorage salesperson.You'll thrive here if you:Have 2-6 years in sales, BD, partnerships, or a GTM roleHave worked somewhere with real commercial pressure and measurable targetsAre crypto-native or deeply passionate about digital assetsLove building relationships with individuals, not just organisationsAre comfortable with high autonomy and figuring things out as you goUse AI tools regularly and get excited about what they unlockWhy this role is differentWe're not doing GTM the traditional way.
